 DR Springers was started by Frank and Ellis Springer.

Ross Jones, former New Holland Sales Manager, joined the firm, becoming its new owner. |

 St. Johnsville facility opened.

 Oneonta Store opened.
Selling: Kubota, Melroe, Bobcat, and Fisher Snow Plows |

 Jay Schuuman, a native to this area with investment property, sales, and farm background, purchased the business. |

Purchased property in Oneonta and moved the store to a new location. | |
Begun by Frank and Ellis Springer on their farm, the business has evolved and grown to three well established stores. Diversification has been an important ingredient to growth. We have expanded our compact business and industrial lines to accomodate the needs of our customer base.
Long before "Mission Statements" were buzz words, Frank and Ellis founded the business with the idea of representing quality products. They supported those products by stocking an extensive inventory.
Today, our mission is to abide by that same philosophy. We continue to carry top quality products and carry an extensive parts inventory. Our people are very dedicated and well trained.
